Back in the 80s, who among us didn’t dream of having a talking car? Our Knight Rider may not be as quick-witted as K.I.T.T., but it communicates with you through its impeccable handling and its technically optimal condition. And thanks to his authentic vintage car feel, you’ll build up a close relationship with him in no time – even without words.

Its integrated folding roof makes Knight Rider a real space wizard: when folded in, you can fit under many a height restriction (check beforehand, of course ;)) and enjoy the sunset close to the sea in complete relaxation. Folded out, the interior turns into a comfortable living room with pleasant standing height – and later into a cozy loft bed. If you want to make it even more comfortable, you can extend the lying area even more and fold out the lower bench into another sleeping place.

The windows are framed by original curtains – they protect you from unwanted glances and reliably keep the morning sun out when you want to sleep in. Thanks to its swiveling passenger seat and ample storage space distributed among several cabinets, Knight Rider’s interior is more like a cozy apartment on wheels than a simple bus for your road trip.

Explore the nature with the right equipment

If you’ve spent the whole day at the seaside and want to sit together in the evening with music and dimmed lights, Knight Rider is just right for you: its modern solar system will provide you with enough power even after sunset. Its solid refrigerator (optionally gas or solar powered) and its double gas cooker are also ready to provide you with chilled refreshments and tasty delicacies.

A waste water and fresh water tank (35 liters) are also available. As well as the original sink with faucet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your adventures. For cozy nights you will also get warm and cuddly bed linen.

With the original diesel engine (1.9 liter displacement) you do not need to be afraid of higher mountains in the area. The lack of power steering provides an original driving feel and is well compensated by the very large steering wheel. Large side mirrors provide an overview and easy maneuvering over hill and dale – even if it’s your first road trip with a bus.

Our buses are oldtimers, but always in top shape. Every single one is regularly serviced and has been lovingly restored. Nevertheless: here and there you can see their age. Who rents a van from us, also rents its history. No new cars, but driving home with nostalgic charm. We are happy to share their stories with you and are of course personally available on site at any time with tips and tricks.
